Supply Chain and Operations Manager

We are seeking a supply chain manager to lead and improve upon the operations of Sugar Golf. We are looking for a self-starter with a wide variety of skills, experience, and leadership ability. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations ultimately bringing more value to our customers. Like most of our roles, you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and working within a highly distributed team.

Key Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recent experience in a related role
• Familiar with lean supply chain methodologies
• Comfortable operating autonomously as well as in a managerial role
• Comfortable working with multiple data sets and drawing compelling conclusions • Experience developing compelling data visualizations, dashboards and reporting in Tableau
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
• Proactive work style and creative problem solver who has the ability to handle multiple projects, demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, rapidly changing environment
• Experience engaging with the business and leadership on problem definition
• Define contingency plans for multiple risk scenarios and manage accordingly
• Build dashboards, reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional team, including Data Insights, Product, Finance and Engineering

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Arts or Science in a quantitative field of study including business, statistics, math, economics or a related discipline; graduate degree a plus
